I had a great extended weekend and it came at a critical point – I needed some time off.
Highlights included:
Shopping at Sanctuary Vintage – this great store is closing and everything was 75% off. In addition to some cute slips and several dresses, I bought an Alfred Werber gown that is now the most lovely thing in my closet. Joe picked up some suits including a daring blue western-y leisure suit and some wild plaid.

amazing and elegant chocolate and cream dress

Although I do not particularly care for getting up at 7am on a Saturday (particularly after a very rough week at school) I did it today. And the day turned out to be awesome. A lot of fun young entrepreneurs, live music, and my very first time selling my jewelry. It went really well and I had a great time. 9am to 9pm felt like forever but it was nice to have a chance to make stuff and talk to people about what I do.
If you met me today and have any questions about something you bought or missed out on, get in touch.
I will get my work posted on here soon and update it as new pieces are created.

Went to Litton’s in North Knox on Friday. The food was delicious, as usual, and the desserts were amazing.
It was nice to have a girl’s night and to talk more to the second-year MBAs. There were only two of us 2010ers there. Got some input on the summer internship search and found that someone else is looking for west coast jobs as well.
If you ever get a chance to try a Baby Jane, don’t pass it up. It’s worth packing up half of your meal so that you have room left.
Check out Litton’s.
